The celebration will be free and open to the public, with a full day of events starting with the Pumpkin Jamboree parade at 10am, Trunk or Treat at Kinzie at 11am and Dia de los Muertos at 12pm noon till 8pm, Wentworth Park.

First of all, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart because without YOU this event would not have been possible!
I look forward to seeing you all this coming Saturday. We are going to have an amazing time showcasing this beautiful holiday that is near and dear to my heart since I have been celebrating for almost my entire life, I lost my father when I was a baby and this is a way to keep his memory alive even though I do not have any memory of him.
I am looking forward to seeing all the beautiful altars in the neighborhood and if you would like a picture of a loved one that has passed in the community altar please bring it that day on a picture frame so we can add it.
